Refunds:

We offer a full refund on products that are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 Hours of receiving your order. You may be required to provide proof of the issue, such as photographs.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item, we may accept returns within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
